Throughout the year Robert attends multiple games of each BHG player. By watching player's in games Robert gets a good understanding of each players strength and weakness, as well as the type of player they are. Robert is available for in person meetings throughout the year to help players go over video footage of their games, as well as help players and families navigate the hockey world as the player progresses through youth hockey into high school and eventually junior hockey and college hockey. Robert is able to help with advice of navigating the hockey landscape as well as help connect players with other specialists in the Twin Cities area for their specific needs, from trainers who specialize in off ice workouts, to nutritionists, physical therapists, and other highly skilled specialists who focus on hockey. ​
